Outlook.com Add us to your Safe Senders list.
On your Outlook.com page, go to the 'gear' logo in the top right corner. Select 'Options' On the next page, select 'Safe and Blocked Senders.' Under Safe Senders, insert our domain joyfulheart.com, then click 'Add to list.'

AOL

At the top right corner of your AOL e-mail page, click on 'Options.' On the next page, click on 'Filters and Alerts' on the left menu. On the next page click on 'Create Filter.' Name the new filter 'JesusWalk' and in the From: field enter 'jh@joyfulheart.com' which is our sending e-mail address. Leave the other fields blank. At the bottom under 'Move to folder,' select 'New Folder,' then name that folder 'JesusWalk' and click 'Create.' Now our e-mails will go into your new JesusWalk folder.
You might also add jh@joyfulheart.com to your Contacts list.

Cloudmark Desktop Smartlist. Click on the Cloudmark icon in your Outlook toolbar. Select "Options" on the menu. Select the "Smartlist" tab. Click the "Add" button. Then type our e-mail address in and click the "OK" button.

Earthlink Click on the Address Book. Then click the Add button and enter our e-mail address and save.

Outlook (Microsoft Office software) For Outlook 2003, go to: Tools > Options > Preferences > Junk E-mail > Safe Senders. Then add our e-mail address and click OK.
For Outlook 2007, go to: Actions > Junk E-Mail > Junk E-Mail Options > Safe Senders. Then add our e-mail address and click OK.

Yahoo! Mail

Add to your address book. If you find our e-mail in your Spam folder, open the message and click on the "Not Spam" link at the top of the page. After that it should come to your Inbox. updated 17 Jan 2015
