  1. Q4. What is the significance of the confession "Jesus is Lord"? Why is this necessary for salvation, according to Romans 10:9?

1). Jesus is god in person, God is the father the son and the Holy spirit all three persons i one the trinity.

2). It's necessary for salvation because you must confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and beleive in your heart God raise him from the dead and thou shall be save according to Roman 10:9. ;)

  2. Q2. What are the personal implications of Yahweh being your King and of Jesus being the Messiah sent from God? What are the advantages of being the subject of Yahweh as King? What does it mean for you to submit to the King on an everyday basis? How does a person reject Yahweh from being King over him or her?

1). 1Timothy 6:15 say's that God is king of kings and Lord of lords.

Romans 13:1-7 Governing authorities are sevants of God an a agent of wrath to bring punishment wrong doing. Removing God put puts everyone lifes in jepardy.

It puts a nation with regard to God the King in the same position if they're not doing the will of God they to shall be punish.

  3. Q1. Read 1 Samuel 8:15 and Malachi 3:8-10. How did tithing relate to a person's acceptance of God being their King in the Old Testament? How about for those of us who live under the New Covenant? What place does tithing have for us?

1). Tithing relate to a person's acceptance of God being his or her King in the O.T shows the honor, fear and reverancing of God by the gaving of 10% of your wages to support the administration of the church.

  4. Q4. Define "justice," "vengeance," and "mercy." Can a Holy and Righteous God justly forgive sins without punishing them? What is the significance of the cross in God's righteousness?

1). Justic - getting what you deserve, no less, no more. Vengeance - Punishment inflicted in retaliation for an injury or defense.

    Mercy - forgiveness.

2). The cross significance in God righteousness tells us how, he himself bore our sins in his body that we might die to sin and live for righteousness and by his wounds we have been heal. :)

  5. Q3. (Psalm 68:5) Since our God is the Helper of the Fatherless and the Protector of Widows -- that is, the poorest and weakest of society -- what does this say about a Christian's commitment to social justice in our communities? How should it affect our actions?

1). It say's that christian should be christ-like and being christ-like we should follow or walk in his step and do unto other's as we would have them do unto us.

2). It should affect our actions by caring more and extending out our hands and heart towards other's more. B)

3). And effective approach is to show love and care for others. ;)

  7. Q1. (Isaiah 6:1-8) How does a realization of God's holiness affect Isaiah? Why is Isaiah afraid? How does God make Isaiah holy? What is the symbolism of the coal from the altar? Now made holy -- dedicated to God -- how does Isaiah respond to God?

It affect Isaiah because he now see his short comming-his sinful ways.

Isaiah was afraid because he though that any one that see God face would die.

God made Isaiah holy because he denounced his uncleaaness and repent of his sins.

Coals from the altar symbolize the guilt of Isaiah that was taken away.

Isaiah respond to God by answering to God's call.

First and last tells me there will never be another God or creator because He is all there will ever be the beganing and the ending both.

Rev 1:8 relate God's revelation to moses "I AM THAT I AM" meaning that He is what He say and who he say's he is. He's the Only True and living God the Creator of the universe and man kind (back to the Alpha and Omega). B)

  9. Q2. (Isaiah 57:15) What do you think it is like to "inhabit eternity"? What will it be like when you inhabit eternity with the Eternal God, seated with Christ Jesus in heavenly places? What emotions does this inspire in you?

To inhabit eternity would be like a mission accomplish after all the toils of life to enter a place of peace and rest for ever.

It would be overwheming, a blessing and joy to finally be with God seated with Christ Jesus where we would never have to worry about nothing any more. It just trills me thinking about it.:rolleyes:

  10. Q1. (Exodus 3:1-15) What does God's name Yahweh reveal about his person and his power? How would an understanding of Yahweh's name contrast him with the idols worshipped by the Egyptians?

Yahweh reveal him in person and power as the Creator before the begaining and endingas the Alpha and

Omega , the first and the last.

The high preist, king above all kings that will rule and live for ever. He's immortal, invisible the only living God.

The One who reigns and inhabits eternity and the One who lives forever.

The idols worshipped by the Egyptians cann't compare with him they can only be in one place at a time and some are man made. :):)
