  1. Q4. (Ephesians 1:5-6) Why is adoption a particularly apt illustration of God's relationship to us? Why is the concept of adoption encouraging to us?

Well, when you are adopted, you are usually in bad situation or not cared for by others and you come into a family that really love you and wants better things for you, i think that is how is is with God he loves us, and wants better things for us, we are in His family and He will take care of us and give us all His love and protection. We are free from harm and safe in Him. Praise God

He know what we need and how we are doing and He know all our weakness and he wants to make us strong, he knows our sins and wants us to be freed from them, and He gave His only Son to take the cross and die for us. We neede to give it all to Him

  2. Q3. (Ephesians 1:4) What does it mean to be "holy"? In what sense can you stand "blameless" before God?

To be blameless, to not think bad of self or anyone. God created us and we belong to Him. We don't need to do or say anything just to get others approval, we only need Gods approval. We need to humble ourselves to Him. And be cleaned of ours sins and live only for him and let no one or anything come in our life that is not of God.

    Don't think of self--self pity

  3. To me, predestination means that God has a plan for us personnaly but it is dependant on our accepting Christ and following where he leads.

What is scary I would probably say is sometimes how things are planned out for us, we don't even know what is ahead

Comforting would be that God care for us before we where even borned and that much love is very comforting, because no one loves us that way, Praise God for His love

That it's know accident --God knows all thing and planned it for us through Jesus Christ that we would be free from our sins

We praise God for what he has done for us,and for Jesus giving His life for us, and that he loves us so much that He willing gave His son and Jesus gave up His life for our ftreedom of sins, our salvation.

  4. Q1. (Ephesians 1:3) What does it mean to you to be "in Christ" -- incorporated into Christ? What are the implications of this for your life?

Well, to be a part of Him, live our lives for Him, and Praise Him for all things and for giving His life up for our sins, to be joined to Him with all of our selves. To be focused on Him with all, and think, eat sleep, work, what ever, where ever we are.

We should give all of ourselves to Him, not just part of time or part of us.
