[Q4. Miracles and Faith]

There was a time in my life when my husband and I were about to lose everything, house, car, etc. It was at my lowest moment, when I fell to my knees and just prayed for some sort of help. Just a few days later a very good friend gave us the money we needed to help save everything. Some will ask "If God exists why doesn't he perform miracles." I think he does, we just have to believe to see them. There was definately a miracle in my life. There is not just one portion of the Bible which has helped me to form my opinion. The Bible as a whole has done that.

[Q3. The Phenomenon of Drift]

We are not immune from drifting away due to the mere fact that we are human and that we tend to not pay attention as we should. We let our everyday lives interfere with our relationship with Jesus.

The way that we can successfully resist the tendancy to drift is my daily (constant) prayer and bible study and to always to stay focused on our personal relationship with Jesus.

[Q2. Son of God]

The author says that the Son is the express image of the Father. He Himself purged our sins, and sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.

[Q1. The Idea of "Son"]

I think the Son's word has more weight than the prophet's because the Son is a personal spokesman for God. I don't think that this term is being used as a metaphor or a physical relationship. I think it's more of a heavenly relationship.
