  1. Q3. (Matthew 7:21-23) How is it possible to deceive yourself, so that you presume that you are "doing" when you are only "hearing"? (see James 1:22-25). How might it be possible to prophesy, drive out demons, and perform miracles in Jesus' name and not enter the Kingdom of heaven?

By getting blessed when you hear the word but after such time you forget about it.

It is possible.God blesses us with Gifts.when we slide away from Him,He doesnt take it from us.because He is a gracious God.So people

keep on using His name hoping they are still on the right track, whereas they are offtrack. Those are the ones that wont be known by God.

  2. Q4. (Matthew 7:24-27) Does Jesus require obedience of his disciples? (John 15:14). Is there a kind of true Christian who believes, but does not obey? How do you justify Jesus' requirement of obedience with Paul's teaching that salvation is a gift, not because of works, lest anyone should boast (Ephesians 2:8-10)?

Jesus says obedience is better than secrifice.

No way.the one who doesnt obey is not a true christian

We just have to beleive God.It is not by works that we were saved but by grace.

  3. Q1. (Matthew 7:13-14) If Jesus' teaching about the narrow gate and the narrow road to life is to be believed, what change would this make in how you conduct your life? What difference would it make to how you witness to your neighbors? How might it affect your acceptance of Universalism?

I will be serious on doing God's will.keepin on,on trusting God that He will lead me to the narrow gate.

the difference will be the action that saying it.

    No compromise

  4. Q3. (Matthew 7:3-5) What about this parable is humorous? Why do you think Jesus compares a speck of sawdust with a plank or beam? What does the speck represent? What does the plank represent? According to this parable, when is it okay to remove a speck? When is it not okay?

To see somebody s weaknesses whereas you have your own it is humorous.

    weaknesses differ

    weakness or sin

When you do not have one

    when you have one

  5. Q2. (Matthew 7:1-2) Read a similar passage in Luke 6:37-38. According to Matthew's account, what is our fate if we measure out big heaps of judgment with a critical spirit? According to Luke's account, how can measuring be both positive and negative? What should we measure out instead of judgmentalism?

Same thing will happen to us

Instead of judging we should forgive

  6. Q1. (Matthew 7:1) Have you ever caught yourself severely criticizing others Christians behind their backs -- or to their faces? What is the attitude that underlies censoriousness? How can the psychological concept of "projection" motivate harsh judgment? Why must Christians show love in the face of a brother's or sister's failing?

    Yes i do sometimes.

Thinking i am better, which is bad

We must show love because we were loved by our Father

  7. Q3. (Matthew 6:31-32) Why does Jesus mention the "pagans" or "Gentiles" in verse 32? What point is he making? How should a Christian differ from a Gentile, according to Jesus' teaching in this passage? What emotional and faith effect does the phrase, "your heavenly Father knows that you need them," have in your life?

Jesus mentioned pagans because they dont know Him.They are busy seeking things that wont take them to heaven.

He wants us to look upon Him.When we do that He will automatically provide.

A christian does not have stress, because all is well with His soul.Gentile is always stressfull because he is after earthly desires.

I rest in Him because it is well with my soul

  8.

Q5. (Matthew 6:21, 24) The love of money can be a pretty subtle thing. Both the rich and the poor can love money. Can you describe a time in your life when you were deceived about this, and when the light in you was really darkness? According to Jesus, could desire for money **** a person (Luke 12:15-21)?

When i was in the dark i used to be jelouse when somebody lives a better life.i used to say when you have money you have everything ,not knowing that ,even if you can be rich you wont have peace until you receive Jesus as your saviour. Now i know that you need Jesus more than money. :D

  9. Q4. (Matthew 6:24) Jesus seems to make it sound like you can't seek wealth and God simultaneously. Does he really mean this? Is this hyperbole? Figurative? Literal? Can wealthy people serve God in actual fact?

He means that we should seek Him first and not beeing controlled by earthly things. It is good to be wealthy but be controled by God.and do His will.Yes ,others do.but very few.

  10. Q3. (Matthew 6:19-21) According to the Bible, how does one "store up treasures in heaven"? What advantage does this have over accumulating earthly possessions? Why are we uncomfortable with the concept of rewards in heaven?

To store up treasures in heaven is to do God's will. The advantage is:when we are doing God's will,He gives us the desires of our hearts and He promised to give us the possessions of those who hate Him.Not uncomfortable.I am looking forward to it.Thank you

  11. Q2. (Matthew 6:19) Jesus says, "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth...." Is he speaking figuratively? Hyperbolically? Generally? Specifically? Is this a new teaching, or an old one?

I think Jesus here is speaking specifically. He advices not to depend on the eartly riches because it wont take us any further. He also teaches that whatever we have ,we need to share with others.because He blesses us to be a blessing.it is a new teaching.

  12. Q1. (Luke 12:15-21) Read the Parable of the Rich Fool. What did Jesus condemn him for? Storing his harvest? What is the key verse in this passage? What is the context of this parable? How does this relate to the Sermon on the Mount?

Jesus was condemning him for selfishness and for not seeking the kingdom of God.The key verse is"watch out and guard yourselves from every kind of greed.because a person's true life is not made up of the things he owns,no matter how rich he may be"

The context of this parable:seek ye the Kingdom of God first.

To the sermon on the mountain this relate by teaching that we must spare riches for ourselves in heaven.where nobody can take it away from you.

  13. Q4. (Matthew 6:12, 14-15) Why should we continually ask forgiveness? How can unforgiveness on our part block God's blessing? How can unforgiveness block God's forgiveness?

it is because we are only human.we do have mistakes.sometimes we think we are right not knowing that to God it is wrong.we have to ask forgiveness all the time.

unforgiveness on our part block God's blessings becaus it it a sin.it is not the will of God.before God can bless you ,you need to to clear your concious.forgive because you were forgiven.and you also have to ask to be forgiven

if you dont forgive God wont forgive you

  14. Q3. (Matthew 6:11) Why do we seek to be independent of asking anyone for help? Why do we seek to be independent of God? Why should we ask God to "give" us daily bread so long as we can earn a living for ourselves?

it is because the word of God promised that we will be the head we wont be the tail.we will lend to many nations but will borrow from none.we are not to be pitied.we seek to be independent of God because He is our maker.everything depends on Him.without Him we are but nothing.our daily bread will feed us spiritual.it is his word.without His word we are lost.

  15. Q2. (Matthew 6:10) In what sense are we asking that the Father's kingdom should come? Why are we asking for the Father's will to be done here on earth? How should this prayer affect our living?

 let His kingdom finaly rule and the one rulling now should pass.it is because He knows the best and He also know what is good for us.we might ask something in which it wont last and be good for us.himself is the one who know what will last and will be good for us.

we will live better life because He is the one knowing what is good for us.

  16. Q1. (Matthew 6:9) What about our lives and words "hallows" the name of our Father? What desecrates and besmirches it? How should we "hallow" the Father when we begin to pray?

the name of our father is great.we just dont have to call it any how.He is Holy ,we also have to be Holy.to do wrong things as christians desecrates it.we tell Him who He is.lifting Him up high and humbling ourselves befofe Him.

  17. Q3. (Matthew 6:5-7) Why does Jesus tell us to pray in secret? Though public prayer in church gatherings is commanded in scripture (Acts 1:14; 2:42; 1 Timothy 2:1), in which circumstances might public prayer in a church service be contrary to the spirit of Jesus' instructions in these verses? How do flowery prayers hinder the development of disciples?

because we do not do things for people to honour us.it is for our father who is not seen.it is because when we gather we are the body of Christ.we are one and the prayer becomes powerful.flowery prayers are made by pegans.it is too much fleshy.

  18. Q2. (Matthew 5:42 and 6:1-4) How does Jesus' teaching here and in 5:42 on giving to the needy influence you and your attitudes towards the poor? What will you do differently as a result? What keeps us from giving more to the poor? Is that a good enough reason?

give to those in need with all your heart.that shows Love.you dont do like hypocrites.they want to be honoured by men.blowing trumpet when they do something for needy.you need to give and keep ti secrretly. God will bless you in the public.sometimes they just want to receive and not knowing that blessed is the one who gives more than the one who receives.sometimes they do not appreciate.

that is not a good reason.we justt have to do God s will,no mattter what.

  19. Q5. (Matthew 5:39-44) If the principle that underlies verses 39-42 is found in verse 44 and 22:39, are there times we must defend ourselves physically against evil men in order to fulfill the principle? What might be some examples?

there is no other way we can defend ourselves because we might sin.it is God Himself who will revenge and He is faithfull to give us wisdom on how to deal with the evil men.

  20. Q2. (Exodus 21:24; Leviticus 24:20; Deuteronomy 19:15-21) What was the purpose of the "Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth" regulation? Is this law designed to be administered by a court or judge, or by an individual? Is it designed to govern judicial action or personal action?

the purpose of the "eye to eye,and tooth to tooth" regulation was to stop the crime.

the law was designed to be administered by an individual and designed to govern judicial action

  21. i think a person who remarried after a divorce that wasnt caused by marital unfaithfullness ,live in a perpetual state of adultery.s/he should stick on the word.s/he should seperate in order to get back into God's will.

our God is the God of second chance.s/he should call the partner and read the word of God to make things clear.the word of God says the truth shall set us free.if s/he is doing God's will, all is well.

if s/he stays on that marriage:as long as you are involved in that marriage you comit adultery.Jesus said go and sin no more.as long as you kno the truth and not repent ,a fire of hell is waiting for you.God does not understand the sin.He only understand His word.it says :the wages of sin is death.

Jesus said "not everyone can accept this word, but only those to whom it has been given......."
