Christ died for us not because we were righteous but because God loved us. Christ died for us when we were at our worst so that we could become our best in Christ. If Christ did not die for the ungodly then no one would be saved? Jesus knows me yet he still loves me and has redeemed me. God

The troubles and tribulations of this life are transitory and our hope is fixed on the glory of God. Our sufferings produce perseverance and they test or prove our character and they give us hope because we share in the sufferings of Christ.
