If we are fellow-citizens with the Jewish believers, what are we citizens of?

We are fellow citizens with God's people.

In what sense are we "holy" or "saints"?

Due to the fact that we are now God's people.

Why is "access to the Father" important?

Access to the Father is everything...because of the ultimate sacrifice God made with his Son, we have total access to be in God's holy presence...we don't have to go through a second or third person but strait to the father himself...Access to the father is everything.

In what way is access to the Father similar having diplomatic relations?

Diplomatic relations is defined as "negotiations between parties without hostility"....it is similar due to the fact that we can negotiate or talk to God in a relationship mannor.

How did we obtain this access?

We obtained this access when Jesus Christ died and reconciled us with the Father.

Extra credit: How does this access fulfill the two greatest commandments (Matthew 22:36-40) and God's purpose for us?

With access to the father we can show and confess our love to God personally and pray directly to him of our purpose.

1ab) Christ is the power and the head of all the power that the church recieves.

2a) The significance Paul is relating to is the fact that the various spirit beings that the Gentiles believed in were under Christ's feet because of Him being seated at God's right hand.

Hi everyone, my name is Kirby Joseph and I am from Lake Charles,La. I currently live in Los Angeles,Ca , where I am attending UCLA. I play football here. I will be transferring to Tulane Univ. in New Orleans,La. in the fall. As of now, I do not attend a church here in L.A. but in Lake Charles,La I attend Christian World Ministries. [Q1. Incomparably great power]

1ab) Paul wants them to really see and understand ALL that God has for them. "INCOMPARABLY great power", meaning that NO POWER can compare to to his. They were blind to the TRUE knowledge of God's power.

1c) This Power operates through the church=> us. It is for us to use. He has given us this great power

for the use of his will.

1d) Paul uses the event of God raising his son Jesus from the dead. THIS IS GREAT POWER!!! AND

THE BEST THING ABOUT IT IS THAT HE HAS GIVEN US ATHORITY TO USE IT ON HIS BEHALF!!!! AMEN!!!
