I think the most important thing that Jesus made was use him as an example.I believe Jesus talked with his disciples in many circunstancias, but his greatest teaching was his example. Sometimes We don't need to talk a lot, just being a good example it's enough...We need good examples for these actual days. -

John was being hassled by the religious leaders because John was different. The question wasn't just rules, was spiritual!
John's message was hard. The Jews did not understand the point. The point was change the behavior and open their eyes to the Messiah.
