I greet you and hope you have fully recovered from the injuries sustained some months back.
I plead with you to
kindly intervene and reset my account details for me because I have now been classified as "Newbee" a newly registered member!!.
My predicament started about two weeks ago when I couldn't sing in my account namely
Haar Garba with an email address of
haargarba77@gmail.com despite many attempts
using the very pass word (******) I was sure was correct. The message I used to get was that there was
"no account" with such data I entered.
I then use the option for forgotten password but still got frustrating messages.
I then wrote my complaint in the the template "contact us" but did not get any feed back for about a week.
Last week, in my desperation to join the forum,
I registered again using the same user name (Haar Garba), same email address (haargarba77@gmail.com) thinking that this would take me to my old account in forum. I was shocked to discover I was now a Newbee implying that all my record for the past many years was gone.
