We feel as if we do not need things from others, we have the attitude and mentality that we can do it ourselves and to do it our own way. That is why we have a strong desire for independence.

The significance of them seeing the star reappear proved that their prediction of the child Jesus was true, and that they were accurate in their forecast. This was important, because they were convinced that they were standing before the Messiah of the Scriptures. That is why they bowed in submission and humility to the Savior, and King of the world.
How can we emulate this kind of worship?
When we read the Scriptures and worship the Lord we should have the same humility as the Magi. We need to recognize that we are serving a Holy Lord, Savior, and King.
