  1. When we repent we have a cleanness of the heart, our heart must be transformed in a place of praise for God. When we actually acknowledge to God that we really need and trust him things in your life begin to change.
  2. God instructed Joshua to be strong, and God assured Joshua that he would be with him. Basically the same as he told Joshua and Zerubbabel but we have to trust God with all our heart. I know sometimes this becomes a difficult task especially when your bills are due and you have no job, or the extreme over takes the basics.
  3. Hello my name is Alton. Glad to be able to study Gods word online. I`ve been married over thirty years have 3 wonderful children and 3 grand children and 2 great grand babies, God has truly bless me and my family.
  4. A.I believe when some of us are faced with insurmountable odds we lack the faith we need to trust God, when life problems become so cutting we look to other solutions to help solve our issues instead of just trusting God. B. The characteristic of a disciple who retains robust faith is simply one whom , Trust in the Lord with all their heart and they lean not unto their own understanding, they wait on they for He shall renew their strength. Their faith is strong, because with faith it is impossible to please God, Now faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.
  5. Q3. (Ezra 4:1-3) Sometimes uncommitted people try to co-opt true worship for their own ends, as did the enemies of the Jews. What is the danger of letting people without a deep heart commitment and close walk with God redesign the church’s image in the community? Redesign worship? Redesign the preaching? How can we be innovative and still be faithful to God’s heart? That could and would a dangerous move to allow uncommitted people to do anything, especially when it comes to the House of God. False worshippers will and can create havoc in Gods house.
  6. It is God who stirs the spirit, not only did He stir the spirit of Cyrus to grant freedom to the captives , but God also stirred the hearts of the Jews to give them a desire to return to Judah. For it is God who works in us all to do His will and to do His good pleasure. We must understand that God does not need a whole bunch of people to do His will. This may not reflect on the lesson here, but we all remember the story of Gideon in the book of Judges chapters 6 and 7 when God instructed Gideon to reduce the number of people he had with him from twenty two thousand to three hundred then God allowed them to over take the Midianites. God to me just want to use those who`s heart are in the things they do, those that are committed to do the will of God.
