Howdy! I'm Chuck. I live in NC, mostly at Emerald Isle but also in the mountains. I am 72 and the proud parent of two wonderful children and grandparent to seven wonderful grandkids and I give God all the credit. He did it in spite of me. If I were God, I would have zapped me a long time ago. I retired from the NC State Police after 27 years and began a second career as a contract investigator for the intelligence community. I did that for eight years but was forced to "retire" again when my daughter gave birth to triplet boys who will turn 13 Friday! God is so good! I was raised in the Episcopal church, even attending an Episcopal private prep school from the 8th through the 12th grade. Later I married a Baptist lady and began attending her little country church where I was a Sunday School Teacher and a Deacon. Now I am simply a Christian. I love the Lord and want all I can acquire of Him. My desire is to walk in daily flow with Him through His Holy Spirit. I look forward to this study and any interaction we have.
