The Holy Spirit transforms our situations, through hymns or psalms, we can overcome our difficulties and also when achieving or giving thanks, we sing joy, happiness to God for being merciful to us.

Where there is the Spirit there is Liberty, glory of our Lord. We undergo transformation ourselves as we become the Creation God made before without sin and repent from that sin. Our character changes as we become new. Over the last few weeks, doing the course, I have learnt and seen the fruits of Time with God. Prayers answered and able to reflect on own actions. My anger is almost gone and able to foster relationship.

We need to Abide because it is life. A branch on its own cannot do anything without its main root, no growth, no fruits no appreciation. It is all emptiness. Jesus is therefore life. It is a two-way relationship, the word to live in us and we can ask anything in his name and without him, we can do nothing. It is not a soul saved but a believer, disciple and the danger is we will be judgemental and see ourselves as better and others not good or sinners.

In the OT, the voice revelation or instructions, were done through the prophets. But here Samuel was still a novice and being trained for his calling. Eli gave him the clue to first submit himself as respect and ask the Lord to speak as the servant was listening. In the NT, it is the spirit in us that drives us and when aligned with, or in relation with,Spirit of God one can hear its voice. One has to submit obey and do as instructed.

A Spirit voice is often small but instructive when in dire need or direct communication with God, my spirit in touch with the Spirit. A nudge is a by product or when one is in practiced permanent relationship with God. It is like "an invisible switch or sensor". In case of danger it stops one from doing something but in need or task to be done directs you. Nudging is an action in a relationship. More of conscience or debate within self. I had similar experience, a speech in me to be delivered at a funeral of a friend but failed to obey it because I was not in the programme. Those nominated failed to arrive but still could not take the chance because of doubt in me has now taken over.

The spirit in us connects with the Spirit of God, Christ. I do have Quite Time but recently has not been regular. The remedy, is self-contol, and schedule it early in the morning. One thing is being able to fight the "tiredness, disturbance" through prayer.

They promote themselves or are status oriented but show little maturity, still need more of baby milk. They may not be aware of audience that knows more, are ignorant of situation or task but more interested in their ego. They are not good stewards and do not glorify God with their gifts.

We have different talents or gifts. The Holy Spirit distributes the gifts according to own gift from God

Matthew 4:23 Jesus heals multitudes in his evangelical crusade. Acts 9:40 Paul resurrects Dorcas Acts 28: 8-9 Peter heals the begging man at the entrance of the Temple. The man is fully healed and can walk again. Acts 8: 5-8 Phillip in his crusade also heals people from unclean spirits.

Yes, in the OT we have prophets who were send by God and also like Isaiah told about coming of Jesus. We see knowledge from King Solomon and how he lost it. Some Kings were good knowing God's law but became bad when they ignored it. In the New Testament, we see it also through Jesus who with the Great Commission confirmed to his disciples that he had all authority from God.

Through unity of faith and love can one be able to prophesy. But "training' and prayers pastors can be initiated to be able to prophesy

The churches discourage prophesy due to earthly doctrine. Paul gives a manageable solution, to allow 2 or 3 of them speak, others judge. It is possible to prophesy one by one, but with giving a chance to one another. Listening is very important to avoid interruptions as God does not encourage confusion nor disorder.

The first answer is No. The second is subjective and will differ according to country specific and experience. The world is in turmoil because of absence of the Apostles. Racism throughout the world as seen in the US where Black Lives do not matter and elsewhere, greed, corruption. Wars in Syria, Yemen etc. No God messengers to intercede.

The Principle or the Our Foundation is, we were born free without sin because we shall die. We had life until the fall of man, where law led us to death.Here God's instruction was clear, do not eat here for you shall die and the opposite happened, violation. The law, is perfect but it also act as a stimulus to sin. By accepting and walking in the Spirit, we allow Christ to be formed in us, as a new stimulant or " operating system" to empower us from the list of sin. The sinful nature is from the fall of man and always in doubt, doing what we do not want to do. The Spirit makes us free from this.

Not sure, but up to so far we see it happening that way. Yes, so long as they believe in Jesus Christ and repent from their sins, they also receive the Holy Spirit but not necessarily speaking in tounges.

It means that they are motivated by the Holy Spirit No because once baptized or received the Holy Spirit, it is always with them, it is not a once off

The Holy Spirit gives us power to overcome challenges. So, the power(Holy Spirit) in us, is greater than the evil spirits, temptations and other challenges in life. The same as Paul who suffered in his ministry. He is an example or role model to us.
