  1. I am not sure if I have ever prayed through anything. I know I have lots to learn about prayer even though I have been a born again believer for many years. God has answered many many prayers He has been so faithful and kind to me and my family, I am excited with all I know He is doing, far beyond all I could wish or hope for and I am eternally grateful to Him that He is my Abba Father. Abraham recognized that Almighty God was just and merciful and he appealed for salvation of the righteous people in Sodom even if there were only ten.
  2. yes !! God was certainly pleased with Abraham's appeal because he showed faith and trust in Him. We also please God when we believe that He is a merciful God and He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.
  3. Abraham knew without doubt the power of the Almighty God who he was conversing with but he knew He was a just God. Abraham was bold but apologized for his presumption in order to save his righteous nephew Lot.
  4. would the Judge of all the earth be unjust? would He destroy the wicked with the righteous? NO! It is God's will that all men be saved so it certainly gives us reasoning power to pray for non believers that the eyes of their heart be opened to the message of salvation
