  1. How is the power Jesus can delegate to you limited by the size of your faith? Jesus can help me more than I can even comprehend and I need to grow more in my faith. Sometimes I get stuck thinking that I am not capable but I am with Him, and I need to remember that anything is possible with Jesus on my side. I must reach out to Him in all things! I need to get in God's word everyday and not believe in what the world says.
  2. Teaching that God's rules can sometimes be set aside for the sake of human need, can be dangerous. How can we observe this truth without abusing it? I have seen people in my life trying to use this excuse for their own sake. I have done it a time or two in my life as well, but we need to remember to seek God's word on whatever topic it is. We must also keep in mind: Does it help or hurt others? Pray about it and ask God to help you, does it feel right in your heart? Or do you have conflicts with this decision? If you have conflicts with this decision, and if you feel it is not morally right then that is a big red flag that it is not right. We need to remember to stay in God's word, study it and also pray and speak with God on a daily basis. When we stay close to Him, He will be there to help us in any situation that may arise.
  3. What is the difference between believing God can do something for us and believing that he wants to do something for us? Would you call the difference faith? or knowledge? or both? I believe it is both. Faith, I believe is number one with knowledge coming in at second. I accepted Jesus into my heart when I was a child, I lived on a farm and saw Jesus' work through the birth of new baby animals and every year the crops growing out of the plain black dirt. I knew that only One person can do such things. God! I would see my Grandparents pray for a good crop and at most times all worked out for good. I believed and had faith in God that He wanted to do things for us. I had faith that anything is possible when you ask God. But then, as I got older and the reality of adulthood set in, I lost the faith that a child has. But around 10 years ago I started going to small group Bible Studies and began to learn more about God. Reading His stories such as this story about the leper, shows that when we have faith, God will provide if it is in His will. I also learned that God wants us to ask Him for things, He wants to bless us and show us His love and power. But I also need to remember that some of the things I ask for might not be in His will, because He knows what is good and best for me. I have faith that God will always do what is best for me! He knows me more than I know myself. I need to stay in prayer and in His word on a daily basis. He has so much to tell and reveal to me each day.
  4. Why do you think Jesus asked Peter to attempt the seemingly impossible task of catching fish during the day, after he's tried all night and failed? I feel God wants to show us that He can do the impossible, He is our One and Only, there is no one like Him. If we have faith in Him, we can do anything. At times, we feel as we are the experts and we know how to do a specific task, we have big goals and plans but ultimately we need the Lord to help us. He can show us so much more that we can even comprehend. He wants to bless us, let Him into you heart. With Him you can live life to its fullest. ?
