James is warning us about boasting , we can surrender all our plans to the Lord by trust Him to lead us.

the spiritual danger of that demand is it puts others in poverty. it oppress employees because they will labour but there wont be payment for it, it causes worker around or abroad to be under paid because there wont be obligations being taken care of, this all relate to the need for patience because we want to get results in short time and in the process hurt others but when we wait, we wait for quality,

verse 14 says elders of the church are to initiate prayer for healing, i think its important due to spiritual authority God has entrusted them with.

The role of oil is to anoint the one who is sick. the role of prayer of faith saves the sick, the role of faith is knowing that the Lord will raise up the sick, confession of sins' make a way for the healing.

its is important because it saves a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins. on this i want to give a testimony, in 2019 i was in error, i wandered from the truth, i relied on my dreams and visions, and i wasnt even aware that i should compare them to the Word of God so that i wont sin, until one father who is called Dr Mojela confronted me one time at a prayer meeting that, i should rely more on the Word of God, it was on Monday morning and on saturday morning my husband confirmed the same thing about how we should rely on the Word of God, that brings life, they both did not deny that God does speak through dreams and visions sometimes but their emphasis was on the Word of God that brings life. i am forever grateful for their boldness because i realized later that i was indeed dead just as the scripture says in Revelation 3:1 "i know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead. my works were not perfect before God. With these two confirmations i repented and returned to the gospel of liberty. if that role was not played? only God knows what would have happened to me. i give glory to God!

grumbling and complaining says that i am a self-righteous person, i lack faith and patience for everything i had believed God to change in my life. i take matter into my own hands.

We wont see the end intended by the Lord, to wipe away our tears, it is so vital because the coming of the Lord is at hand, and our end is better and glorious.

These actions are so vital because they glorify God and His Sovereignty is manifested in one's life, we ought to be like God in what we do. they go against our nature because we love when things go our way, none.

because the law says love your neighbor as you love yourself, it is so tempting to criticize because we always put ourselves higher than others, so its easy to see others fault but our own.

Because it is the law that governed centered around all people, it is more royal because it is from the heart, it is from pure love. it is breaking the law towards that rich person because it is done for selfish gain alone, not from the love itself, it also break the royal law in regard to a poor person because the needs of the poor wont be met.

by putting someone wearing a gold ring and fine clothing in a better place than the one who appears poor. it makes one a judge with evil thoughts because by good appearance we also think that person has the good heart or is made out to be a good person who needs to be honored.

i have been self-righteous person, many believed i was a strong Christian, i loved the idea of being thought that way, so usually i will discriminate against "sinners" who call themselves Christians though i was the chief sinner. we try to impress people of high status in our societies at church, we value them by what they have and appoint them to hold positions based on that.

It is not the mosaic law but the law that brings freedom and liberty, it is what comes within us, the love we have for God and our obedience to Him comes from WHO He is, it is what God did through Jesus to bring salvation to HIs people, it relates to the royal law because as God has so loved us we should also love other people, it brings the new covenant Jesus commanded us, to love one another as He has loved us. We become free knowing that God is our Master and we can trust him in every situation and love make us to rest in Him.

Because we think it makes us good people who gives attention to the things of God, it makes us feel proud. The nature of self-deception is when we become only the hearers of the Word but do not make no effort to practice what the Word teaches.

By hearing the gospel of Salvation that for God so loved the world that He gave His only Son that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have the eternal life, and by accepting it we become new creatures. Spiritual life comes only the Word, faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God, Romans 10:17.
