  1. Q1a. How does Job's vision of resurrection (Job 19:25-27) differ from the Jews' former understanding of death as Sheol? The Jews understanding was that once a person died, he was buried and that was all. No resurrection of the body. Job understood that he would die but one day, his body would be resurrected and would stand face-to-face with His Redeemer (our Jesus). b. What is progressive revelation? God revealing more of Himself and His promises as time goes by. We are blessed to have God's final revelation given to the apostle John on Patmos, "The Revelation of Jesus Christ".
  2. Blessings from Tampa Florida. I am married and recently celebrated our 10th Anniversary. Combined we have 2 sons, 1 daughter, 1 daughter-in law, 2 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, 1 granddaughter-in-law, and 1 great grandson. We belong to a Baptist church and are blessed to have Pastors that boldly preach the truths of the Bible. My husband and I are quite active in our church and facilitate two classes: one for new believers and one for discovering the participants' spiritual gifts to equip them for service. We enjoy traveling especially going on mission trips. I enjoy knitting, reading, and spending quality time with my husband and family. I look forward to studying God's Word with you.
