Recognition of sin is the first step before an act of contrition and acceptance of the substitution provision from GOD. No sacrifice is needed because Jesus is the final and ultimate sacrifice. I feel I have downplayed sin at times due to the incredible grace I have re I and tend to forget the extent of the sacrifice GOD himself gave in allowing Jesus to suffer once for all. What a saviour!!

For me as a pet owner I find harming animals abhorrent however I know those who work with animals like farmers have no issue as they think about them differently

I struggle with anger. However over recent years I have come to terms with how vital it is to understand GOD hates sin and his anger is an appropriate response to awful injustice that occurs when we sin. I am learning I need GOD to be angry when so much tragedy is present and need him to provide a solution.

I have been taught since childhood Jesus took my sin . The universality of this has become clear over time as I have come to know him and been taught by the Holy Spirit
