  1. Greetings! The basis of Christian joy is Jesus Himself, who is the Rock of Ages, that through the Holy Spirit, He is able to fill our soul with inexpressible and glorious joy. Genuine article of joy comes from our soul and dwells within us. It INHABITS our lives. No matter what the situation is, we can still find the joy within. Whereas, a counterfeit one is temporal. It comes and goes. Its only a VISITATION to our daily lives.
  2. Greetings! Last year had been a very challenging and tough year for my family. My second daughter was born prematurely with intestinal complication (Jejunal Atresia). She was hopitalised for nearly 9 months until the day the Lord took her. My wife and I had gone through A LOT during that period of time. We thank God because despite this we also gained A LOT!! It has brought us closer to Him and experience His warm love through those brothers and sisters around us. God use difficult circumstances to exercise our faith. Our faith must be TOUGH! Otherwise, we will be like those animals (figuratively speaking) in the zoo, if let loose will not survive in the wild life!! If our faith is build upon the rock, it will not be washed away by storm. If we are able to stand the storm, Jesus' sacrifice on the cross will not be in vain!!
  3. Greetings! As long as children live in the house of their parents, they are governed and protected by their parents. In the same manner if we dwell in the house of the Lord, we are covered by His almighty power. Our duty as His children is to be obedient!
  4. Greetings! I think when we got a package such as this, we already had a bargain. If we forfeit one of the components, we will loose out on the many benefits of a package. I mean why waste such bargain that we did not deserve in the first place! Faith without deed is dead! Indeed we do not earn salvation by the works we do. Yet in order to exercise our faith, we need to do some work out (that is obedience). In this way, we can turn the "mustard seed" into a fruitful tree!
  5. Greetings to everyone! At times, people tend to put the world before them and the cross behind them. People also tends to reminisce about the good old days than to ponder on what salvation can do for our future. At times, christians also tend to be overwhelmed by the world around them, thus the cross is placed behind. I'm no saint to this situation myself. Many a time, I am trapped by the lifestyle of my present homeland. We need to fix our eyes upon the cross of salvation. We need to change our life style, not to conform to the carnal world around us. We need to fellowship with other brothers and sisters to get our spirit focused!
