The relationship is that they were all created by Jesus. We should not fear when we are in Christ. He has authority over all things and all circumstances.

"Firstborn" of all creation/every creature means the same as the Alpha and Omega. Jesus is the Beginning and the End. Jesus is not a created being. He is the Creator of all things. Everything was created by Jesus and for Jesus and is held together by Jesus Jesus' present role: He is the same today as yesterday.

The statement that Jesus is “the image of the invisible God” depicts that Jesus is God in the flesh (“And the Word was made flesh”) The image accurately represents God inasmuch, He said, “I am very pleased”. Yes, Jesus is God in the flesh, “we beheld His glory as the only begotten Son of the Father”!
