  1. Jesus said He is the Word, the Truth and the Way. In His Word, in Eph. 6, we are taught to put on the full armour of God to fight off the powers of darkness....which would include earthly and spiritual powers. Jesus has told us and provided us with Salvation, Truth, the Word, His Righteousness, and Faith and Peace of the Gospel ....ALL of which are GREATER than the powers of evil, to overcome the temptations and lies, and false teachings of the LIAR..Satan and all of his followers. We are warned, and taught, and encouraged to STAND IN OUR FAITH, and not be afraid, for He is with us, and will strengthen us where we are weak. He has put His own Spirit in us whose power is mighty in its greatness over all of Satan's powers.
  2. Jesus is my ALL in ALL, the Alpha and Omega...the beginning and ETERNAL in His being. It is Jesus who holds ALL creation together forever. Jesus is the Truth, the Word, the fullness of God who is Spirit; of man who is flesh physically, but without sin for Jesus was DEVINE. The Trinity is a mystery to me, but I can visualize it by thinking of my own parts ....I am Body, Mind, Soul....a trinity of human flesh, but it is the likeness of God in me, my spirit, that is eternal. To me this is the part of me that Jesus was praying for to be ONE with our Father God, as HIS was with THE Father. Somehow I can understand a little of how God in heaven was being communicated with by Jesus, a devine human being, and how the HOLY SPIRIT was able to raise Jesus' body from the dead. My thoughts are too small to understand the fullness of God, or His Words. I often wish I could speak with someone whose faith and knowledge coud enlarge my grasp of who Jesus is to me personally so I could become ONE in Him in Truth and Spirit.
  3. To me, God the Father is SPIRIT, who loves us so much He wants us to love and Know Him, so He sent His Spirit to young Mary to create Himself in the flesh. He knew we needed to be able to use our five senses to relate with Him intimately. In Jesus, God's son, we are able to see and know what God is like, for they are ONE in Spirit. God's pleasure was to have ALL of His fullness dwell in Jesus Christ, so that reveals they are alike in every way. Not just a reflection but totally ONE. The only difference is that the Father is not visible and Jesus was visible.
  4. Redemption and Forgiveness are qualities in the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, for it was He who bought us and paid the price for our redemption. Jesus owns us, and our service now is due to Him for it is He who brought us out of slavery to our sinful natures. The significance of our salvation, which is due to Jesus' blood covering our sins, is now in His Kingdom; we are acceptable to God for we are seen now as without sins since we are forgiven completely.
  5. 1. Giving Thanks to our Father 2. Qulaified us to share in Christ's inheritance 3. Rescued us from dominion of darkness 4. Brought us into the Kingdom The Father does this for all believers in Jesus Christ, for we are covered with His blood unto our Salvation which delivers us from eternal death. The adoption of us is permanent and finished. Praise God...and thank Him.
  6. Each church group is a small part of the Body of Christ, and we are all part of The Vine, Jesus Christ. If our branch of the Vine does not grow in faith and bear fruit to edify the Vine, we are not the witnesses to the other branches or members that will encourage and help others to grow in faith and to bear more fruit for His Glory. We affect the faith and growth of others if we grow and stand up to the world's influence as Jesus did....and we also tear down the faith and growth of other branches on His vine, if we allow our own lives to reflect worldliness in any form. The Truth will prevail, for He is the Truth, and it is our RESPONSIBILITY to carry His Truth and Word to those who have not heard. When we truly love His Word and the Lord, we will not be satisfied with deluted Truth of the Gospel, and will strive towards our own searching for His Word as to how we can serve Him and edify the Body of Christ in our lives. "Stand up for Jesus"
  7. @Grancy Christ Jesus, the Groom who is walking with His Bride to be, the Church, is readying her to become His spotless Bride, by protecting, teaching, and loving her unto that perfection. His Light, His Word, His Presence all combined with His great Love covers us guiding us into His Kingdom. We are already His Beloved, betrothed to Him, and we and He await the time of His return to bring us unto Himself.
