The Lord died for us while we were enemies of God.There is nothing in me,of my own strength and nature,that is pleasing to God. Now that I am saved,I am totally reliant on His righteousness not mine.Also,I have compassion for people who are not saved and I don't beleive myself to be better than anyone. -

God wants us to be like His Son Jesus.One of the things to achieve that is difficulties.We then rely on God and depend on Him He is then able to make changes in our life and spirit. -

"without faith it is impossible to please God." Faith is like having trust and beleiving what God says and acting accordingly.Because we believe and have faith in Jesus,we are justified through him because He has made it possible for us to have a relationship with God the Father.Hence we are justified by faith (we beleive Jesus died for our wrong doing.)
