Fear is listening to a lie. If God has not given us a Spirit of fear where did it come from. As leaders we set an example for God's people and walk in faith not by sight. Dealing with fear is understanding who we are in Christ, understanding what He says about it, Commiting it to prayer and following the testimony of overcomers.
