God always takes us to unfamiliar places and therefore we fear to action due to the uncertanities in Gods command, consider Moses case and the many years of God's people in captivity, the reaction of the people, Egyptian leadership is enough for a person to be afraid. How do we deal with fear; Psalm 34:4; I sought the Lord and he heard me, and delivered me from my all my fears. God has the power to deliver us from all our fears. When we are fearful, we lose courage to do and perform the tasks ahead of us. Leaders are the beacon of hope for the followers and therefore every leader/disciple must be courageous.
