  1. Answer Q.3: The Israelites complain to Moses for they have to move on foot, tiredness, hungry, thirsty and the disbelief in his leadership. They even want to head back to the place where they lived and be enslaved before. They forget that God is their strength and promised them their fruitful land. The weakening faith along with notrust in HIS WORDS and also cannot rely nor trust in the young leadership of Moses cause them fear.( Out of the track - normal man will feel the same to move from an old place to the new one where one does not know and has no other choice; the only reason they move is that it is the saying of Moses referred to God's Promise. Moses said encouragely back to them to stand their ground and God will not let them see those Egyptians again and support them to arrive finally the new covenant land. Moses at every moment to his experience gain more and more Faith and HIS Faithful Words that he does not have to defend himself for nothing. The noticeable one is that he asks God for HIS Pardon for the bluntness of his people many times. After they safely cross the Nile, sing praises and offering their sacrifices and understand better of the concern God has for them; then they follow Moses and respond better to his words.
  2. Answer to Q.2: Obedience was so important to our deliverance for it has been said in the Psalm 50:23 - Those who offer praise as a sacrifice honor me, to the obedient I will show the salvation. The Satan and their group used to be angels but for being rebellious, i.e. without obedience, they were driven out of the heaven and roaming around our exile land to lure and/or to tempt us to commit sins. Therefore, to be delivered from sins, the flesh and the devil - we should try our best to avoid from the cause of sins - that is, non-obedience, this is why the obedience is so fatal for the uprights to hold fast to the obedience. I cannot see any disciple or discipleship is without the true and humble obedience. I do not believe any one who confess his belief and faith does not hold to obedience.
  3. Answer to Q>1:Christ,our Passover Lamb, is in the sense of sacrificing Himself to atone for our sins with His Most Precious Blood that all of us be saved. To all of us, the sense of being marked with HIS Blood, is to plead to our Holy Father to forgive us through HIS most precious Blood for our own blood does not have any value in front of HOLY FATHER's Face at all. God's judgement passed over us for HIS Precious Blood completely take away all our sins and make all of us HIS inheritance, that all of the angels venerate and realize very well the Omnipotence of the Blood of the Lamb of God.
  4. We tend to fight "in the flesh" rather than "spirit" because of our natural weakness to get anything near and easy first and after we have time to think and/or discern then we'll think of the spiritual ways. We need to be trained about self-awareness and gain more experiences in real battles through the Helps of God always. We often mistaken the enemies for we can see much more easier physical enemies than the spiritual ones; we have to pray to our Good Lord to bless us with HIS Grace that we can be aware of more spiritual enemies. We can always have HIS Support whenever we fight for HIS Will, HIS Might and HIS Glorious Namesake, and we do not have HIM with us whenever it is opposite to the said ones.
  5. After a long while of dealing with Pharaoh, Moses did not compromise for he learned and knew more tactics and obtained more Blessing from God,with stronger faith and repeated confirmed signs; he, with the strong background to free Israelites from Egypt's tyranny, knew for sure that God is with them, therefore, he just became more decisive. Any church leader should in general not compromise to anyone or anything at all especially the ones opposite to God's Will, His Words, His Commandments and lastly, anything against the Holy Love to our brethren. Only few and rare cases which church leaders could compromise, I suppose, should be things that concern only our world affairs which are not against any moral or virtue.
  6. Some church leaders feel the difficulties for having less faith, then they may forget that such is the work for God and of God; but please do not blame them for after a short while, they will gain more faith and strengthen their self-confidence under the leading guide of God. I believe most of the fears are about the results of high expectation of the ones who strongly desire to accomplish the works for and of God. I regard the confrontation and rebuke as good things (to become one of the good church leaders)to make such the ones more humble, try harder, gaining more faith and at the same time to plead God for HIS Help to finish HIS WILL as HE pleased. If we try to refuse to confront these obstacles, we shall feel of having no peace, not being satisfied with ourselves and at last we shall have to totally surrender to HIM and try to finish our duty the best we could.
  7. Moses, after learning the 1st experience with Pharaoh, did blame God for not helping him at his first job for he lacked of the experience of being a representative to hand-in the first notice of God. He did not know how to deal with such kind of things ( as most of now-a-day experienced delegates at meetings ). I do not think Moses & Aaron intended to be stubborn but as a natural human being to begin or to start something new, one needs lots of self-confidence and courage, that 's why both of them tried to giveway to the others. Their actions may include both of fear and unbelief. Finally, God has to command them after giving them explanation and freewill, it did not work out as HE planned (as a compassionate father),and that does not give HIM any more choice, I suppose.
  8. We are so afraid to obey God for we really lack of faith and true love for our neighbours. To deal with fear, I believe, I need to recall my awareness then plead with God to take pity on my weaknesses, unworthiness and humbly ask HIM to speed HIS Grace abundantly to me each time. Fear is something we are not accustomed to it/them and need to have some experiences in overcoming it/them first; whist the courage is also something we have to build it up first before we can over rule/s what we are going to face or encounter. Courage is one of the most important factors to be good leader/disciple,for we have to make sure ourselves that we do know and understanding of what we are leading and/or to follow. Later on, with our full knowledge and good understanding, and in accompanying with good faith and love, then we can be the good leader/disciple.
  9. God's anger came from Moses' tries to deviate to accept and to accomplish his mission. Moses' basic sin should be his own disobedience. Of course, the Lord has ever been angry with me uncountable times but I believe I cannot appease HIM as fine as Moses did ( for I have or own lots of weaknesses ). Moses appeased God's anger by his acceptance to obey God's words and to accomplish his mission through working alongside with his brother, Aaron.
  10. God 's call with the strange phenomenon might have caused him some oddity, discernment and of course with his some level of lack of faith. Moses became the most humble person on earth after the 40-year time of being a shepherd at Midian could have taught him of the difficulties, social concerns and the truth of life in the same time with his inner spiritual formation to be ready to become the great leader of Israel. God's assurance of saying " I will be with you " through ages, was not only for Moses but also to all of us. We could be encouraged to start working on our mission/s with our own little faith and good will, with our friends' helps, recommendation and/or spiritual support.
