Moses either ignore or forget what God had told him earlier about Pharaoh's responses.He blamed God because obeying God seemed to bring trouble rather than immediate success. God's people today must keep in mind that God's word say's we must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God. Because God had already told them but they still behaved as if they didn't know or forgotten what God had already told them. was it fear nor unbelief? I take it as unbealief. God had to command them because there were showing lack of faith. But as a father he had to be firm with them. For example as a parent there is a time you have to be strict with your child, the moment a parent gives a command to a child,a child will be obey. May God help us all in Jesus name.

we do get afraid to do things that God puts in our heart when we do not spend time with Him.You see the word of God tells us that we do not have the spirit of fear but of boldness, love and sound of mind. We deal with fear by drawing ourselves in His presence, the more we fix our mind in the Kingdom of God the more fear can not have room over us. Because fear is not of God, and the more we spend time exalting the word of God the more also fear depart from us. The relationship of fear to courage is fear destracts courage, so want's fear is there it destroys courage. Courage is required because it helps those who are weak and it attracts those who are still in the world,also it boost our faith.

Most leaders they value the numbers of people, so they become afraid to confront someone because they would not want to loose the members. they might fear to loose their respect and financial support and especialy that person could be a tither. Confrontation and rebuke could be a good thing because as brothers in Christ we need to correct one another because if we can't do that then we will not be right in God's presence. As a leader it might distract and it shows that a person did not carry God's word because the bible say we need to correct one another and rebuke with brotherly love because if we dont we might cause that person to sin.
