  1. When church leaders confront people of the congregation, often times these people will withhold their tithes. Hence it is not a good bussiness practice to upset people. However, confrontation can have a positive influence on some. When God expects you to confront and you don't, then you do not do according to His Will and purpose, as well as thereby missing an opportunity to correct someone's behaviour.
  2. Moses blamed God because man is inherently a coward who divert the attention away from his own failings by shifting the blame elsewhere. By doing so he also. conveniently, shift responsibility elsewhere. The above is born out of fear and unbelief. Hence making a person (in this case Moses and Aaron), stubborn. God had to command Moses and Aaron (be firm with htem), so as to really push them towards doing as he commanded due to their unbelief ans fear. He often need to do hte same with me/us today, becuase of our inherent lack of faith.
  3. We are afraid due to a shortfall in our faith in Him. I deal with fear by speaking God's Word over it. Fear is the opposite of courage. You need courage to believe that God will sustain you every step of your way, thus being a child of God needs courage and is hterefore not for the feint hearted.
