Through the word of truth - our spirit is born again. The Word guards us and sheilds us in this life, so that we can speak it unashamedly. We as christians should read the Word and live by the Word and not by the world. As a new christian I had a hard time understanding what the Word was saying. That was 2 years ago now I hear God speaking to me through the Word all the time. (as long as I keep right with God). There has been a time that I didn't do what the Holy Spirit told me to do and boy did I ever feel like trash I felt like God had left me. But I know he didn't so I asked for forgiviness and made amends. And I was able to hear God very clearly again. So stay in the Word and Do what the Holy Spirit is teaching you. A christian life is never easy but during the hard times you will have the peace that Jesus promised.

What is the promise? We ask without fault (clear your sins ask for forgiveness) it will be given to us. What is the condition? We must BELIEVE & NOT DOUBT. That's hard! Most of us new christians have lived doing things our way until we got saved. Now we must let God tell us how to do it His way. He will do it no doubt. It may not be what you want but it is what He wants and that is all that matters. How do trials help us receive this wisdon? It's hard at first but the more trials you go through the easier it get's to listen and DO what God is telling us. We build our FAITH & TRUST & BELIEF in God. It teaches us to clean ALL our filthy rags (sin) off of us every time we go to God for help. When you do that you will hear very clearly what God is saying. Now if your not sure if it is from God. Go ahead and test the spirit. God doesn't mind. If it's not from God the spirit will not acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord. If it is from God he will be very pleased that you are learning.1John 4:1-3 " Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.2 This is how you can regonize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God. 3 but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist. which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world." Hope this helps with doubt.

How do trials help cure us of doublemindedness? Trials that we go through put our sins right in front of us. When that happends and we realize that WE cannot fix the problem and give the trial to God completly. Then as christians can we grow up to be spiritualy mature and become single minded. How do trials help us grow in faith? You really do not understand the concept of faith until you go through a life changing trial. When you do you grow in faith with leaps and bounds. You understand that the only one who can fight satan and win is God. You learn to have faith and give all the trials to God and he will forgive you and give you peace while the fight is going on and forever. I know I just had a battle with satan when I finally realized I cannot fight satan and gave all my problems, sins(like hate, fear, anger, unforgiving heart. I didn't realize I had not given these sins over completly untill they came tumbling down on me. )over to God without holding on even a little. I learned all about faith. I stopped thinking I and started thinking God!!!

Why do people blame God for evil? The lost do not understand that God cannot temp with evil. That God did not do the evil. Now for a spiritual mature christian, they should understand but sometimes they do the blame game also. But a babe in christ rather this person is new to christianity or one that has been a christian for years but never been parented ( dicipled one on one or in a small group for a year or two) they are still like the lost they just don't understand. God cannot tempt us with evil. He is allowing us freewill. Does God tempt us with evil? NO!!!! Why does he allow people to sin? God doesn't we allow sin in our life. Saved or lost we are sinfull. But the saved have God, Jesus, Holly Spirit to go to for help and ask for the knowledge and strength not to allow that sin back in our life. Why does He allow evil to exist at all? He allows because he gave us freewill. The evil builds our strength in God. Evil can look so goodlooking, inviting and you will slip right into it, without realizing so stay in Gods word, pray everyday and die to self, let God rule you without attachments.!!!

I just had a trial just a few months ago. The guy I put in prison for rape was getting out. My fear, anger, hate, distrust came tumbling back. That let Satan come in full force. He introduced me to the most good looking person Death. I listened to death I really thought God had left me. But I stopped took a step back and cryed out to God for help. He was right there all the time. I learned that day how to really die to self and what it feels like to have complete peace. I now keep my eyes just on God. He has helped me through a lot of rough things since then. My faith and trust has grown so much. I turn to God for everything and I mean everything.

Hi my name is Liz. This is my first time in a online bible study. I have been a christian for 2 years. I knew of God but had no idea who Jesus was for years. I lived blind. I have 2 adult kids. The younges just gave me my first grandbaby and the oldest will deliver in May. I live in Texas. Thanks Pastor Ralph for obeying God. God Bless Liz

Hi I'm Liz I live in Texas. I have 2 adult kids!!. My youngest gave me my first grand baby in November and the other is about to deliver in May. I became a christian 2 years ago. I was one that did not know who Jesus was. I know of God but who was Jesus. 42 years being blind. Since becoming a christian my life has changed. I have 3 different bible studies going on. I started with one 2 years ago one on one. Learning each book of the bible. Then I started in a group bible study along with my one on one. The group bible study is on topics. I can't wait for this bible study. When I became a christian I said I would never be a teacher. I was wrong and then I said I only wanted to work with only adult christians who were just like me wrong again. God has called me to start with children HELP!!!!! God will provide me with the knowledge and how to teach children. Someday I would like to go into the mission field but thats up to God not me. Thanks Pastor Ralph for having this online bible study. I am so exicted. God bless you P.S. Please pray for my nephew he is 33 and plans to be married in August. He was just diagnost with stage 4 cancer. It is in his testicals and lungs and by his lungs by his heart and in his spine. There were no signs he was even sick. God bless Liz
