  1. The Biblical principal is: 'Begin with people or circumstances and you will have the wrong perspective of God. buf if you begin with God...you will have the right perspective of people and circumstances.' moses and aaron began with the people and their circumstances first, but finally started to begin with God. their perspective immediately changed.
  2. courage is fear without feet...or 'courage is fear that has said it's prayers.' (dorothy bernard) 'courage is doing what you are afraid to do. without fear there is no courage.' (WWI fighter ace eddie rickenbacker)
  3. ANGER = Action Necessary (for) God's Extreme Restoration without a healthy fear of the Lord, Moses would not be able to complete God's plan for the redemption of His people without Judgment, there is no need for Grace 'Then the LORD's anger burned against Moses..' that would have gotten my attention too! if Moses had refused to answer God's call, he would have missed the great blessing that God had in store for him personally. God's plans never fail; He had already called Aaron. God knew that Moses would eventually say, 'yes! here I am, Lord', by giving him the final nudge.
  4. the Biblical principle at work here is: God does not call the equipped, He equips those He calls. moses was flawed (a universal human condition), but God transformed him into the leader he was meant to be.
