Gideon, blames God when he aks the question, why have these things happened to us? No his assessment isn't accurate because he and his fellow israelites are the ones who had begun to worship other gods. We are all in danger of not acknowleding God as the true Lord of our life, when wec start putting other things and even people first. We need to constantly, keep our eyes on Jesus and stay tuned into the Holy Spirit, so we know where God is leading and what He would have us do.
