God will give wisdom to those who will ask Him. We must ask with a clear commitment and faith to receive wisdom from Him Trials help us receive this wisdom. Through trials we are reminded who we are and who is God in our lives.

Trials had made me much closer to God. Trials remind me that God is strong and I'm weak. It is in those times I recognize His sovereignty in my life and His power and love to deliver me from evil.

Man, sinful as we are, blame God for evil I think because we don't want to experience pain and suffering. We are pleasure seekers and lovers of ourselves. God never tempts anyone. God is God, I can't question Him "why?".God knows what is best for each one of us especially for His children. It's not important to me now to know why He allows evil to exist. What's important to me is that I know He loves me and He wants the best for me.

The value of trials for me then is like a bitter food that I would like to avoid, there were times I felt so miserable and depressed. I've learned the value of trials the hard way, after going through them it has become a sweet and tasty food for my soul. Trials have made me much closer to the Lord and has given me wisdom in my christian walk. I now thank God for trials because through them I could trully discover His great love to me, His child.
