We are made holy. It is not our holiness but the holyness of God given to us. (All verses are KJV) Rom. 3:10 "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:" We are all sinner or .Rom 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" God's glory is that He is holy or without sin. Rom. 10:10 "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." We are made righteous.

Rom. 8:29 "For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren." KJV Predestination is taught in the New Testament. It is hard to understand. We know that the Bible teaches that it Jesus is "...not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." 2 Pet. 3:9 KJV Nothing is scary about it unless we do reject salvation. Rom. 10:13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." KJV As far as praising God in the hearing? "How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?" Rom 10:14 KJV. To be saved you have to hear.

To be in Christ you must have, 1) Seen yourself as a sinner desirving to die and go to hell. 2) Repented of your sins a ask for God's forgigness. 3) When this happens the Holy Spirit comes to indwell you, and your are in Christ Jesus.
