In order for the atonement of sins, there had to to be some blood shed. The first sacrafice was of a pure blood shed. The lamb represented "The Lamb of God - which is Christ. The wine represented Christ's blood and the lamb the body. There had to be "pure blood shed". Christ was the only one who could save us. Without the blood we would die. Even now, we live because of the blood that flows through our bodies. This is also a part of our Worship services when we have communion. We are to remember the sacrafices that Jesus made for us every day. And with that, we celebrate Easter. "THIS DO IN REMEMBERANCE OF ME"

Hello everyone, I must apologize for not being able to follow instructions. I did try. My name is Annetta Mitchell, I am 43 years young and will be 44 next month. For all of my life, or as much as I can remember, I was always the curious one in my family, always reading... (7 of us). I am the mother of one, my son Courtney is a licenced minister, was called at the age of 14, and the Spirit of God is all over him. (Hallelujah) I love reading and hearing about the word of God...nothing compares to it. When I first signed up for the study, I went home and studied the questions, wrote my thought(s), and was ready to post...not!!! I am excited about learning and sharing and hearing others opinion.
