God is not only our Father and loves everyone, but he is also a judge and for him to wink at sin as if it never happened would be to go against His very nature. He will judge it now by allowing circumstances to come into your life to get your attention. In eternity we will have to give an account of our entire life. We, by our relationship with Christ can begin to judge others who are not saved, or even judge other believers becuase they are not where we think they should be spiritually. We are called to be witnesses, not judges.

The type of Christian that identifies with this present world more than their eternal one to me is someone who has tried to make Heaven on earth. Its when we place job, family, kids, house, career, reputation at the front of the line. Those are all dying hopes for they will not last forever. There are times when we all get caught in this trap, and for me what usually has to happen is God will allow some pain and suffering to come into my world to get my attention. Then like gold being tested by fire, He can begin to pull out the dross of impurities in my life that rise to the top. God Bless
