God strike uzzah because of his irreverent act to the ark of God, he was not suppose to touch the ark and the carrying was wrong David was angry because its suppose to be a day of great joy,rejoicing, celebration etc, but the end brought about sorrow, shame, humiliation

God`s voice is the word of God,God`s word is God, when the word of God comes direction comes, it brings about solution promotion etc. we discern by the gift of discernment in us, also with the feeling and prompting of the Holyspirit. the bible says try all spirit if they are of God by listening to His voice by studying the bible and being still
