Because we can see how wonderful and generous God is. He, perfect, the only, creator, omnipotent chose to adopt us, adopt me for his daughter to share all the blessings and gift he has for us. It is encouraging to keep us on the right path for God, and when the crisis come we can remember who is our Father and so we can go ahead.

That was one thing which confused me for a long time.I thought it means I really am without blame. But later I understood better and now I am aware that to be holy means to be here for God, to live for him, and everything I dio I must do like I work for him not for people or salary or glory or something similar. I am holy as much as I belong to him. I amblameless as God saw me - when he created me he did it perfectly and he see me like that. My earthy nature makes me doing wrong things but God can forgive me and correct me because he knows I am "on the journey" and I think what he counts is an effort I put into my deeds.

I don't find anything scary in this predestination. Maybe scary is whenit is used in everyda speech with people who think horoscopes and similar things predestinate their lives. It is comforting when I realise that God, creator of all universe created me and had a plan for me even before I was concived. It gives purpose to my life. And I think this is the reason Paul brings up predestination in his letter. He praising God because we can have for the rest of the time this important thing before our eyes and can rem,ber it end re-read it as many times as we need comfort , safety nad purpose for our life.

For me to be in Christ means to try to "built in" all Godlike characteristics I can in present moment (and hope it will increase in the future) . It doesn't mena I will achieve all that, but certainly means I will try till I die. The better I am more incorpotrated into Christ I am. Whenever I do something what Jesus told us to do I am in Christ, and when I failed to do that I am one step backwards.
