Hai there everybody, My name is Hendrick, I am from Flanders, Belgium, and I am living in the most beautifull city of the country Leuven(a town that exist already for more than thousend years) I am a member of a free evangelical church in Brussels. It is a boit difficult for our church, we started more than 100 years ago, but now the city has changed---we are a dutchspeaking church, but Brussles is mainly Frenchspeaking now. In the past most people were Roman catholics, but our part is now mainly filled with Islam believers. I am excites to join this forum about "the christ powered life", and I hope to learn a lot from this study. I share this study with one of my sons and that is ,for me as a father, something very joyfull greetings Hendrick

God created the world and menkind perfectly, but due to the disobedience of men, we lost the intimate relationship with our Creator. Now we are suffering from that absence, and as a consequence we do not love eachtother anymore. So, suffering came in the place of happyness. Suffering became our dayly part of live, someone more, and someone less, bur we all suffer. But in Christ Jesus, we may see that suffering in a different approach. Suffering is no longer without meaning, now it leads us to (at least when we chose for the way of Jesus) salvation. Suffering towards eternal dead if awefull, but suffering toowards eternal LIFE is a joyfull thing, althouhg suffering in itself is a horrable expirience. But if we can see the end of the road,(eternal life with Jesus) we can stand our ground, and rejoice even when we are suffering. Hendrick

Justification, a beautifull word, in Genesis 15:6 it is said: He believed the Lord, and he counted it to him for rihgteousness.(as a good deed) It is incredibel that God count it for rightseousness when I just believe. God is so great!!! When you say that you believe, tou have to act accordingly ofcourse. Abraham acted as an believer, his live was according his believe. When I sat that I believe, and my life is according to my sayings, then I may stand free to God, that is the most beautifull thing that can occur to yoy. Hendrick

Q3 Jesus is the essence of LIFE! He is life. From out Himself, from out life He created us. But by means of our rebellion against God, dead came in picture.Dead a situation outside Jesus, outside life. At the end of time(remember time started at the creation) Jesus will reclaim all those who chose to be with Him in life. All who have given their lives to Him will be granted a new body, and a place in His presence(in the presence of LIFE) There will be a whole different situation then, in His presence there will be NO place for dead, but only LIFE abundant live. He, jesus, will reveal His absolute power of LIFE. That is what we are looking forward to, to be with the ONE who is LIFE! Hendrick

Q2 Since our great Lord is a God of LIFE, all who will be with Him will live. That is the great fear of people who donot live according His will and instructions, they will live, but not in His presence; they will live in the absolute absence of life, that is a horrable scenario. In contrario those who have decided to live according His will, they shall have a place in the LIFE himself, what a wonderful forsight to think of: to be in the LIFE! Hendrick
