Ephesians 1:4-5 Believe me, nothing is really scary about predestination, it is a great comfort to know that God knew us and chose us before the foundation of the world. Paul made us to realize that before we come to the knowledge of Jesus, God has a plan and purpose for our life. Jeremiah.1:5 "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; He has plan for our life. Jesus said, ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you. He redeem us from the curse of law forgive us our sin, gave us a great future. I think Paul was praising God for His plans and purpose for Ephesians and having escaped the damnation of hell

To me, it means that we are jointly connected with Christ we are part of his existence; everything that flows out and within Christ flows through us. Paul said Galatians 2:20. I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. We can not do without Christ in our life. We are under his influence and control For in him we live, and move, and have our being; Acts 17:28
