Yes I have given myself to Christ. I was baptized as a baby and feel that my accepting Christ as an adult confirms my baptisism.

Being a witness while being persecuted takes more courage than many of us have. Short tempers such as I have can be hard to control and the result can oft times be wrong, losing ones temper is never right. Remember that Christ told us to be witnesses of him and not the evil that is in the world.

God gave his only Son so that we may be saved. For our part we need to follow Jesus to the best of our ability.

Obedience is a must for a Christian. There are times when we are not obedient and without forgiveness we would be in the pits. Obedience and following the Lord are the works required of us and we are by the grace of God allowed to be on the earth.

I feel they are not truly focused on what our real goal should be while here on earth. As humans I think we all fall away from time to time and I have. With the grace of God I am able to refocus and head for the goal.

I found that this study enforced my feelings toward the church. I feel that there are to many church goers that attend a church to feel good and actually do not know what they are attending for. To many pastors are leaning toward the politically correct instead of what we are taught in the bible by God to follow. Let us all move our church to follow the word of God.

Just as John the Baptist knew in the womb that Mary was carrying the Mesiah and had stated that one greater than he would follow him, he knew that Christ was the Lamb of God. John was given that knowledge by the Holy Spirit. John knew that sin in the world needed to be taken away and the Jesus was the sacrafice sent to do that for mankind.
