In many churches today most people believe that God is not talking to them and have why do i have to do this they should do this because I have been a christion longer then the rest of the others. We can combat apathy and lukewarmness by starting our day with a prayer and reading the word of God, by doing so we would keep the Jesus in the center of our life.

any time we compromise with God it will break our relationship with him and will seperate us from God. In todays time not only t.v. radio and computers and **** can lead us to compromise our relationship with God but also the church trying to keep up with other church in attendance and money by any mens nessary which will lead us away from the love of Jesus. our true compromise comes when the teachers and preachers do not put the prue word of God out to the church due to the fear of the church could boot them out

The world today has loosened the morals on sexual behavor to the level of abomination before God. Jesus told us not to be a part of the world to be seperate, knowing that todays pressure from the world it is hard to keep our self pure for the Lord and not compromise our testimony. In todays world on the t.v. programs are getting us use to sexual imorality thru cartoons and comedy shows. Which then when this started we didnot oppose to it and now if we try to oppose we look like the bad guys trying to stop it, because it is the norm now. IN congress they are now debating a law that would keep preachers quiet about imoral sexual behavor (same sex unions) and could charge them as hate crime.

A Church can leave it first love when it forgets who we are gathering together for and not the what we are doing. In other words pay more attention to the creation instead of the creator. Jesus said ( if you love me you would keep my commandments) and also ( your love for one another they will know that you are my deciples) If a Church left it first love then it would show our love for him and one another. A lack of love can be seen with sin our lives and our unfaithfulness to Christ. We can regain our love in a church by putting Christ in the center and first and formost in our worship and our lives

Jesus walking among the lampstands shows that Jesus walk among the churches today. The Church today needs to know that Jesus is among the Church where ever it may be and to becareful what the we do due to this fact. This teaches us that Jesus loves the church and is concern about the church.

When Jesus came to the earth he came as the lamb of God which takes away the sins of the world and what is written about him in Revelation 1:12-20 shows him in all of his glory and power sitting on the right hand of God the Father waiting to call us home. We are like John was falling before The Lamb of God worshiping him when we see him coming is all of his glory. If we say we know Jesus then we not only know his love but also his judgement against a unholy people to a holy God To understand a loving God we also have to know about his judgement and what make him upset with us, this is important because we see the judgement he has against sin and I dont want any part of that.

Russia and China countries in Asia India all suffer persecution and the book of Revelation tells us of the rewards for those who over come the persecutions. Just think being able to sit before Jesus and hearing him say well done faithful servent my heart just fills with joy and excitement thinking about that.

According to Rev. 1:8 and 1:17-18 That GOD and JESUS are equal both are the first and last and when we read these verses we cant forget John 1:1-14 which this proves that God the father and God the son are one and Jesus said I and my Father are one. Which this proves the deity of Jesus.

When a person is going thru an trial it is good to know that Jesus has already prayed for us, as well as he promised he'd never leave me nor forsake me and has given us power over the world and the devil and the example for us when we need help. Because who better to be on your side that GOD Himself. Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith and his life and words are examples for us to follow. Besides he said he will never leave or forsake you, and with that I know that he will help me thru any thing that could happen. Most people are afraid to be a wittness due th the fact that it is not the "in thing " it is not popular in to day life or may be some just don't know how to be a witness.
