for me, to call on the name of the Lord means to pray to God or His son Jesus, asking Him to bless me in some way or to thank Him for all of His blessings in my life.

I'm trying to obey God and do what I feel he would want, but it's so hard not knowing how it will turn out. I don't know what His master plan is for me yet, and so biding my time until I hear His calling is challening. All I can do is know that God has a plan for me, and he is waiting until He needs me, to reveal it. Patience.

The blessing for Abraham is knowing that God thought so highly of him to give him all of his blessings.

I have felt God in me, but I have never felt Him calling me to do anything...until now. I am almost finished with college and have heard Him telling me that my crazy days are over and that I need to get serious in building a relationship with Him. So that is what I am doing. I am trying to devote a little time each day to reading the bible along with this study. Hopefully, I will have enough discipline to keep this up and have it become something that I just do because it becomes a part of my everyday life. Pray that I succeed!
