  1. Wisdom comes with asking. We must come to grips with the problems we face and understand that we have to decide whether we are going to put our trust in the Lord or keep doubting. If we are going to make the right decisions we must go to our only source of Wisdom. Trials build our faith and trust to seek the mind of God. Through our trials we come to a more clear understanding of just how much we need and can always depend on Him.
  2. I have done this one but I lost it somewhere so I'll start again. Doublemindedness is a tough one. Complete trust is the most important ingredient to avoid doublemindedness. We must trust and believe in what God's Word says. We can't be a fence sitter. We either believe what the Word says or we don't. The Bible says we can't waiver. We don't want to be like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. (James 1:6). If we doubt then there is not complete trust in God and we should not receive anything from the Lord. When we ask anything of God, He knows before we ask what we want, but He also knows what is best for us. We should always ask that His will be done. Trials are painful for us, but they also build our faith. If there were no trials some of us would not talk to our Father. How sad that would be. How heartbroken would our Heavenly Father be. He loves us beyond anything we can even comprehend. Think of our earthly father and never talking to him because everything was going just fine, no problems. The Word says He will never leave us nor forsake us. We can always depend on Him. Trials are tough but they also make us aware that we can do nothing on our own, it is the Lord that is all wisdom, all loving, our everything .
  3. So many people don't understand what a perfect God we have and that there is no evil in Him. He cannot be tempted by evil and He does not tempt anyone. It is only the evil one that tempts us. He can not tempt sinful people with evi for there is no evil in Him He loves all people. It is the sinful nature in all of us that draws us to do things we shouldn't do. We all have a free will, that was given by God, to allow us to give in to temptation or to rebuke the evil one. We must stay strong in the Lord for our strength, otherwise we will surrender to sinful acts. We all at sometime in out lives have given in to temptation, but God is faithful to forgive us, if we repent. Disobedience brought sin into existance. Someday we will know a perfect world.
  4. There have many trials in my life. They have brought me closer and made me stronger and made me more dependent on the Lord. I certainly do not like going through the hard lessons but they have been worth going through, although at the time I didn't think so. We need to always remember that the Lord is always there with us, even though at the time it doesn't seem that way. Satan will always try to get to me, and sometimes he has sneaked in unaware to me but when I realize what is happening he flees at the name of Jesus. The Lord continues to refine me daily. I know He is still working on me. I plan to meet Him face to face one day. He is so good to me and I thank Him and Praise Him daily.
