  1. Jesus suffered a violent death to redeem all of creation. There is NOTHING I can do to seperate myself from God's love. That is so hard for us to comprehend. There is also nothing I can do to deserve what God has done for me, other than accept this gift of ultimate love and sacrifice. I pray that I will please our Heavenly Father in the things that I say and do. Thank you Lord for all that you have done for us. For the love and grace you have bestowed upon us. You are the Alpha and Omega, I pray that You will be my heart's desire and that I will long for you all the days of my life.
  2. Jesus entered a fallen world and suffered constant scrutiny and scorn. He then was willing to die a violent death so that we could live eternally with our Father. We may experience suffering in our lives in all kinds of ways. We live in a world full of evil. Suffering is all around us. I do believe that suffering produces grace. We need to be living for Jesus, not living to avoid all suffering.
  3. The truth of salvation has been confirmed to me by reading God's word. I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies." John 11:25 Seeing a miraculous sign or would definitely help establish the truth of Christ's ministry. Look at all the example in the Bible of Kings and others who didn't believe going out and proclaiming the Word of God after experiencing a miracle. Daniel's king, Shadrack, Meeshack, and Abendigo's king, Paul, Daniel's king, there are so many instances. I've formed my opinion of the value of signs from the entire Bible. I lean towards the New Testament because of the manner of the miracles. But I believe and trust in the entire Word of God.
  4. We ought to pay even closer to attention to the voice that has been speaking so that we will never drift away from it. Seeds that were drifting did not produce a good crop.
  5. In verse 2, it describes Jesus as being the One who has been given dominion over all things and through whom all worlds were made. In verse 3, it says that Jesus sustains all that exists through the power of God's word.
  6. I think the word "Son" means exactly that. Jesus derived from God, He is God's offspring.
