In a time where most were of Polytheistic religions, the Lord brings together two Christians, Melchizedek and Abram. Both men recognize God as the Most High and the Creator of all. God is the owner and Sovereign Lord over all in heaven and on earth because He made all things. Melchizedek brought bread and wine as a show of hospitality as we as Christians should show hospitality to our brothers and sisters in Christ. I really liked the visual of this being 2 Christians sharing communion, Jesus blood and His body. The first communion but I don't this it's Biblical. Abram gave him tithe; such as we are called to do in church. Melchizedek and Abram were Christians encouraging each other and giving praise to God the Most High. Melchizedek gives thanks to God for delivering Abram's enemies into his hand, because they both recognized that you can
