1. We are promised wisdom in v5 but we will only recieve it if we ask without waivering (no doublemindedness)! Trials help us recieve this wisdom we learn through trials to not hesitate and to immediately turn them over to God.
2. The more we give God our trials the less doubting, hesitating (doublemindedness) we have to deal with on our own. If we just trust in Him, have faith in Him. We will see that we will hesitate less when trials come up against us. with each trial we learn to lean and depend on God a little more!
3. People blame God becasue it is easier to blame someone other than ourselves for our faliures. No, God does not tempt us James 1:13 "God is incabable of being tempted by evil and He Himself tempts no one" He allows people to sin in order to deliver us and strengthen us and to confirm our faith. Sin is inside of us steming form the original sin of Adam. god allows sin in order for us to trust in Him.
4. Once in my life I allowed trials to dystroy me by talking about them to anyone who wanted to listen and sometimes talking (gossiping) about the person who hurt me. But, now since studying and understanding why we have trials I handle them through the Word. My heart is not as vunerable to attack as in the past. Now when thingss come my way I work on handling these trials the way that God meant us to. .
