IF OUR NATURE IS SUCH THAT WE ARE PERFECT IN GOD'S EYES, WE WILL NOT SUFFER OR WE DON'T NEED SUFFERING TO BRING US CLOSE TO GOD. OUR SINFUL NATURE IS SUCH THAT OURSELF IS BIGGER THAN GOD AND AS SUCH WE WILL NOT WILLINGLY GET CLOSE OR CLOSER TO GOD OR AT LEAST NOT FOR TOO LONG OR NOT CLOSE ENOUGH. HOW MANY VERY VERY SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE WHO REALLY GET CLOSE TO GOD? MORE OFTEN THEY WILL SAY OR THINK 'I AM GOOD AND I DON'T NEED GOD!" THYE MAY STILL GO THE CHURCH THOUGH BUT WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? ONLY GOING THROUGH SUFFERINGS AND TRIBULATIONS WILL PROVIDE US A PLATFORM OR NEED OR OPPORTUNITY TO STRIVE TO GET CLOSER TO GOD(SEE OUR NATURE IS SUCH THAT WE ARE MORE INCLINED TO GO TO GOD FOR HELP RATHER THAN GOING TO HIM TO THANK HIM!). AND, ONLY BY GETTING CLOSE TO GOD CAN WE GROW SPIRITUALLY AND BE ABLE TO PERSEVERE AND GET EVEN CLOSER TO GOD AND THAT'S WHERE OUR HOPE IS!

Faith is like jumping on a very late night bus supposingly destined to "HOME" although one has never had the actual experience of taking that bus and ending up HOME before. The bus is open to everybody because God loves us all and His Grace is given to us all. However, only those who willingly choose to get on will be taken HOME. In the mean time there will be lots who either don't trust the bus or believe they have other ways to get HOME. Well those who don't get on will never get HOME ,which to me, our HEAVENLY HOME. JUSTIFICATION on the other hand is like GOD'S ACCEPTANCE OF US TO GET ON THE BUS![/size]
