To be holy means to be concescrated to God, seperated as his possession. we can be blamless in his sight because he forgave us of our sins making us able to stand before him with no blemish.

The scary part of predestination is that it is unknown, and we as humans are afraid of the unkonwn. I beleive paul brings it up because it is something the people had to understand and except, and learn to embrace that what God has for them was already set into place and it was bigger that they could think. The comforting part of predestination is that fact the God has everything already figured out the only thing we really have to do is stay in his will. I dont relly underestand the last part of the quesiton

To me to be in christ is total submission. I knew who christ for a long time and I was stuck in a box, then i realized nothing would change until i decided to be in christ, to allow christ to be the head, until i was submitted to him. When we say we are in christ he is driving, we are in christ's car and we can be back seat drivers if you will allow me to use that phrase.
