By raising us up and seating us with Christ, God has granted us the same power he used in the resurrection. What an enormous power, if we only us it for His good. It allows for us Christians to use the same power to live out God's will for us here on earth.

Hello Brothers and Sisters in Christ! My name is Heather, I'm a stay at home mom from Southeast Michigan. I desire to serve God to my full ability. Vision for the Church is the first online Bible Study I have done. I am very excited about it and am hoping that I will be able to take something back to my own church. The day I volunteered to serve on our Worship team - to help our church try to satisfy all members of the congregation as well as reach out and share the Good News with our community - I stumbled across this internet study...God works in miraculous ways!

By Paul saying that Christ is seated at God's right hand, it lets the reader know that Christ has been put in the place of honor. The spirit beings under his feet, signifies that he has complete power and authority over them.

Paul uses the resurrection of Christ to demonstrate God's Great Power. This is the most powerful act of God! Through this letter, Paul prays for eyes to be opened - for those who believe to recognize that through Jesus, God has granted this same power to us, that we (Christian believers) might use this power to carry out His plan for us. It is a great reminder that through Him all things are possible!
