The congregation should be a dwelling place for God. The church building itself has no meaning ; it is the people of the church that provide the dwelling place. If the people do not practice what they preach, they are nothing more than a hypocrisy of God. In fact, they will turn away many who are truly seeking God, instead of welcoming believers with open arms.

Christ is the head of the Church meaning that all power in the church comes from Him. All decisions should be guided by Him not by human authority. Many times people get caught up in being in charge of a church and forget that without Christ there is no church.
