  1. Holy Spirit is the functional aspect .mentioned as person in the One Godhead .He participates in all Godly interventions on earth.Holy Spirit overshadowed and covered Mary ,being the biological relationship with the human birth ,in the brief life in flesh of Jesus Christ. Holy Spirit is The POWER of the most High .This made Christ the Son , as Holy and Sacred . He walked among us in human form ,so that he can relate to us and work through us . At the same time ,Jesus had the Spiritual lineage of Solomon through Joseph ,the adoptive father and the lineage to Mary through Manasseh (Davids lineage ) The Core Identity is of Yahweh alone through Holy Spirit passed on to the son Jesus Christ ,An act culminating as prophesied aimed at salvation and repentance of sinners . 2. Holy Spirit and my identity is my awareness that He First loved me and Chose me as I listened to His Voice ,a sinner and who is full of deficiencies ,and depravity ,made Whole by His Grace ,Favor and Mercy The identification of Holy Spirit in my life ,(took notice and personalized it) happened when I first believed and looked towards the cross which I believe happened due to the rebirth experience enabled by Holy Spirit .He Found Me , Being Born Again by Holy Spirit ,my commission is to share the Good News,Cling to the Master as not to fall and Run the race placed before me in His Power ,
  2. The promises we find in Joel are about the Prophecies of Outpouring of God's Spirit , and the Salvation of those who calls upon Him (Joel 2/28-29 ,2/32a The verses also speak to us about the Promise --Receiving the gifts of prophecy and interpretation of visions & dreams by the believers who are ""Sons""(children) ,old and young both men and women I personally rejoice in the verse - "I will give you a new heart and put a new Spirit within you; which is applicable to all of us ,sinners and those humble to be repentant .the assurance of salvation of many , Noteworthy to revise the narration of Valley Of Dry Bones that will be regenerated to life ..Ezekiel 37th Chapter It can be considered as a Promise and Power of the life giving a attribute of Holy Spirit.as a Future event in the House of Israel.
  3. The Promise is seen in the prophetic verses of Isaiah Ch-11 , 42 and 61.The first of the prophecy is that Holy Spirit will come upon the Promised Messiah ,the descendant of David 2.Yahweh assures as that He will put the Holy Spirit of God in this suffering servant (Isaiah) Jesus Christ who will be the Judge and Master of nations 3.It is confirmed that the Messiah is Annointed ,(filled with Holy Spirit from God) The Fulfillment is by the earthly life death and resurrection (the ministry )which Jesus himself confirmed in Luke 4/21
  4. God took his Spirit from David and placed it on the 70 elders of Isreal known to be officials and leaders. This Power of the Spirit shared by David due to act of God ,enabled 70 of elders . Moses Loved his people and wanted the Spirit of God to go with ""us"" .Moses wanted a sign to the people that God is pleasesd with them and His presence is going with the crowd .Moses wished the whole world to know that Yahweh is with His People by being marked with the indwelling Spirit of God in the people of Israel in both actions and rest.
  5. The Spirit of God is powerful .alive and ever active .In the Old Testament the Spirit of God was not universal. There was sporadic settlement of this Holy Spirt or Rauah in particular person living at a time for a particular Goal of God or Yahweh ,The primary purpose was a service that God chose for the person,The selected individual was to obey and act in power when the Spirt indwell in him,.There are narrations of many persons in OT who had this experience . The effect was a CHANGE in the way the person received as the person understood the specific comand and task he was ordained or expaected to do ,This change was a Power and Conviction to ACT or REST ,giving utmost importance to teh commander ,Yahweh. The relationship was very personal .We see that many of those with Spirit prophesed and stood strong in front of enemies ,Won battles ,Lead people closer to God and Righteousness ,,The effect is a New Heart in Obedience ,
  6. 2. (Daniel 10:12-13) Why wasn’t the angel messenger able to bring his message in a timely manner? Who resisted him? Who helped him? What does this teach us about prayer? About spiritual warfare? The angel messenger could not reach Daniel because the prince of the kingdom of Persia(dark forces or obstruction) withstood or prevented the angel from his mission. The angel or messenger also could come only when he was sent by God, Micheal ,one of the chief princes came to help him,,, It teaches us about the obstructions in our prayer life ,though not in our control or by our mistakes ,but due to the darkness of the spiritual kingdom ,which are demoni at war with the light or angels of light and righteousness , It teaches us that we should humble ourselves ,call upon the Lord ,and wait patiently ,,We should discern about the warfare in heavenly realm and the plan of God against the plan of Satan on our life and daily interactions ,We should or we must learn to pray righteously ,,anchored on the Word of God ,and pray with all our love ,heart and mind , Like This Quote MultiQuote
  7. Q1. (Daniel 10: 3, 7-11, 15-17) Daniel is old, but why does the vision affect him so greatly? What is the physical effect on him? What is the mental and spiritual effect on him? Why is spiritual "work" so taxing on us? Daniel at an advanced age had the vision at the appointed time ,He understood it and was moved beyond strength ,Though he later regained the strength as the battle occurs between satanic forces and the Gods angel at Daniels side ,Only Daniel saw the vision ,those who were with him were hidden by a quake. The vision was heavenly and out of the routines of the earth ,He lay face downward as a hand touched him . There was no strength in him ,his comeliness was turned to corruption and he became weak, Physical effect also included becoming dumb and he became deep asleep face downward on the ground . He was also breathless . Daniel mourned for three weeks ,fasting and not anoint or groom himself, Mentally he was alert to listen to the angel of God and he had a great empowerment spiritually soon after the visit of the messenger of God. Spiritual work is draining because we are in the presence of the almighty and the commission of a great(powerful) job is at hand , All our faculties are awake to make it perfect ,The sharing of the Word , ,and all our mind and all our souls is alerted to the Power of Lord ,
  8. Q3. (Daniel 9:24-27) Why do you think there are so many interpretations of Daniel’s vision of the Seventy Sevens? What is your interpretation of the various key parts of the vision? There are symbolic and literal interpretations that people read and there are many types of thoughts .because ,one may not have waited on the Holy Spirit to reveal the Fact in His own Time , There are difference in lunar months ,years etc as far as days are concerned and there have been very fierce men of antichrist spirit that has cause destruction ,,People have to be patient and lean on understnding them ,just like the humble seeker in Daniel I believe in a 7 year tribulation period as of now which would be obliterated by the second coming at mid week 3.5 years ,I am still looking into it ,,esp the time line , Today ,eschatology is vast and sound doctrine is reached by earnest fellowship with Bible teachers and a wait t and watch atitude and keep oneself pure ,in Him ,
  9. Q2. (Daniel 9:24-27) Why do you think people fight with each other over the interpretation of difficult Bible passages? According to Romans 14:1-5, what should be our attitude towards those who disagree with us on the non-essentials of the faith? The Word of God is the Inspired Word written to man at the prompting of the Holy Spirit . Humble prayers can help us discern and understand the biblical truths ,message and mysteries . wear to be live that we are blessed and have the favor of God to carry the great commission of Gospel News , People fight over each other because they did not understand the parable of seed , One begins by drinking milk ,,and prayerfully grows ,when the ground is suitable , It can be made suitable by a patient and knowledgeable mentor who ultimately aims to gain another for Christ ,Pray Prayers and love forgives multitudes of sins ,,

  11. QuestionQ1. (Daniel 9:24) In what ways can we find in Jesus the fulfillment of the six tasks found in verse 24? ANSWER . Daniel 9:24 clearly assigns this time of “70 weeks” to Daniel's people (jews)and their holy city; and it becomes a type of the position ,the gift of Jesus the messiah for the Church to know and understand Hebrews 1/1-2.., 1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds. To finish the transgression and which is for the Holy city and "thy " people meaning Jews , Fulfillment in Messiah is that he is the righteousness of both Jews and the Gentiles . He bore the sins of the people ,and fulfilled the prophecy as the lamb of God who carries the sins of the people Rejection of Christ by Jews was the finale of apostasy of Jews though they knew a lot of laws and the commandments of Moses ,they did not see Christ as the Messiah. I can only say that he is our righteousness and this is a question whose answer i will be able to give after I study Daniel and Rev very well ..though I fully believe that Christ is My Righteousness and His free Grace has finished the works required for salvation , ,
  12. Daniel (15-19)What was Daniel's essential prayer? What are the various grounds of Daniel's appeal? How did God answer the prayer (see Daniel 9:20-23)? a.Daniel at first confessed and offered the petition. He prayed that the wrath of God be removed ,and asked for His Favor, mercy ,forgiveness and restoration of land , b.He spoke of answered prayers and Gods leading /actions in the past (let thy anger and thy fury be turned away from Jerusalem ) Daniel acknowledges that the city which has been called thy name ,jerusalem ,have the light of Lord (shine upon it ) that the supplications are presented not for its merits ,but for the mercy of God , He pleads not to defer ,but be quick c.While Daniel was speaking in prayers ,Gabriel who he had seen initially ,flew in and touched him down to and spoke that a commandment is in place -to provide skill ,understanding of the vision ,and assured Daniel of being beloved .Daniel was asked o understand the matter and consider the vision he had ,
  13. Q3. (Daniel 9:5) Since Daniel is such a righteous man in his generation, why does he identify himself with the sins of his people? He didn't commit these sins. How does this compare to how Jesus sought forgiveness for his people? 1Daniel believes fully in God ,and also repentance ,As a member of the Jew ,Daniel understands his peoples sins and how far they are from God ,Daniel ,as a leader and a representative of the people ,takes on the task of delivering the Jews from the dreadful punishment he believes would occur as a result of disobedience ,When punishment comes ,God promises that he would hear the cry of the faithful , Daniel did not commit the sins ,but he is fully aware of it ,and also assured of the Favor of God as past experiences he underwent . Jesus is unique ,Daniel is a type ,fully human, with the rightful heart ,that showed (exhibited )a nature of Jesus ,That Daniel reflected the character of Christ like behavior,Unwavering to the sufferings and obedient unto death ,
  14. (Daniel 9:3-4a) What is Daniel's demeanor as he prays? How does he prepare? Why is this so important in this case? In what ways might you and I prepare for intercession? Daniel is a very humble and a man of peace Good wil and positive outlook even in adversity ,all due to his strong Faith . He grieves for the sin of his land by ashes and sackcloth /a symbol of being broken and being lowly He fasted ,turned his face to the Lord ,he always prayed at the open window facing Jerusalem though this is not mentioned now /he always turned his face to the Lord Preparation was a regular part of praying to Yahweh ,without any defilement and prparation for purity and the best of everything ,offering a pure heart that repented of the sins (in this case Daniel recalls the sins of his people and repents and pleads for mercy I am learning I will consider prayers the most important deed of my life and seek God with humble heart I will extol Him with praise and love He has for all of us . I will also intercede for friend .family ,nations and church ,
  15. 1. (Daniel 9:1-2) What encourages Daniel to seek God for the forgiveness and restoration of Israel to its homeland? What practice on Daniel's part leads him to pray? Daniel understood from reading of Jeremiah that God would do what is needed ,as in ancient times of prophets , The accomplishment of 70 years to restoration is being completed . Daniel understood by books ,the number of years ,as is written in verse 2 The Practice of Daniel is to seek God in everything at first in a humble way Daniel prays for the people ,forgiveness of sins and the blessing of restoration of Israel
  16. Q3. (Daniel 7:18, 22, 27) Three times the angel assures Daniel that "the saints of the Most High" will ultimately receive the kingdom and possess it forever (Daniel 7:18, 22, and 27). In what circumstances is this truth most precious to God's people? Though there may have been partial fulfillments, when do you expect the ultimate fulfillment? The information that the saints of Most High would receive the kingdom is the Blessed Hope after we complete our commission in life (the life anchored on the Word of God and also sharing the Good News . The ultimate fulfillment is at the Second coming and the events surrounding the Final trumpet ,We are to keep our lamps well oiled and filled up ,
  17. Daniel 7:13-14) How do these verses describe "one like a son of man"? What makes us think he is a divine figure? What authority and glory does he receive? Why do you think Jesus called himself "the Son of Man"? The one like the SOn of man came in (with)clouds of heaven and came to the Ancient of days .He is divine because he is brought to the Ancient ,He was given dominion and authority and glory An everlasting dominion which is (eternal as of God alone) Shall not pass away (existing all of the times ) Cannot be destroyed (Above all and above everything ) and all people to serve Him \ Jesus calls himself Son of man for the simple reason that this is his life on earth as human (flesh) ,,and that Jesus is in every way a man ,,a created being at that point of period , That is the earthy ministry . The apt and most suitable title is Son of man .
  18. 1. (Daniel 7:1-2) What is the relationship of the Ancient of Days (God) to the various beastly nations that rage against each other and against Him and His people? What happens to these beast-nations? Why is it sometimes so difficult to believe that God is in charge of the world we live in?The Ancient of Days is The SOverign Immortal God ,Yahweh Recall ,Isaiah 43/10"You are My witnesses," declares the LORD, "And My servant whom I have chosen, So that you may know and believe Me And understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, And there will be none after Me. 11"I, even I, am the LORD, And there is no savior besides Me. 12"It is I who have declared and saved and proclaimed, And there was no strange god among you; So you are My witnesses," declares the LORD, "And I am God.… Beast nations -The fourth nation was destroyed utterly and the other 3 stayed for a period to be destoyed eventually .. It is difficult to believe that God is in charge because of the evil and cruelty ,sadness and despair that prevails ,due to man not seeking God ,
  19. Q6. (Daniel 5:22-24) In the New Testament, Jesus doesn't present God as legalistic, but as holy -- "hallowed be thy name." We are to be God-fearers. How do Christians commonly act irreverently in ways that would offend God? How have you changed your ways to conform to God's holiness? Christians who do not know about the uniqueness of One God may inadvertently use his name in trivial matters ,swearing and also take part in festivities of others , Yes ,I am conscious of taking His name vainly and strive to keep God in the First position in decision making and spend time asking /listening to the prompting of Holy Spirit ,I also forgive easily and move forward ,encourage others with the Word of God ,
  20. Q5. (Daniel 4:34-35) What does Nebuchadnezzar's confession tell us about God? Have you ever given a public testimony of what you have learned about God through your trials? What might your testimony sound like? The confession of Nebuchadnezzar tells us that God sustains through the trials and provides reasoning to those who humble,an illness can be a humbling experience ,Sum it all,the power and glory is of God Yes ,but very few Since I am overwhelmed by my love for God ,I have not considered any of my difficulties as a trial from God ,My testimony is about the way God sustained me to take a right decision ,wait on God ,until He brought a break through .I married late and the wait was and is worthwhile and I did not get into any relationship prior to that as I was always lead to believe that the right person would come at the end and finally I heard and knew that ,,and it happened quick and good.(amazing indeed ),In fact the transition from a close relationship from mother ,i met my husband one year prior to my mothers death ,we married within a month of knowing each other .
  22. Q4. (Daniel 4:30; 5:18-21) How does pride show itself in Nebuchadnezzar's life? In what ways does it show up in your life? Pride is tricky. How can pride mask itself with humility? a,pride showed itself /continued in the life of Nebuchadnezzar as he boasted even after a year that this great Babylon is of his making ,the kingdoms by his own power and his own honor . Though pride showed up in the kings life ,God brought Daniel into his life to boldly exhort that it is the most high God who gave all this glory honour and kingdoms to the king ,this was stated to the son Belshazzar too.(Ch 5) b.I have grown out of the habit of pride of the flesh (beauty ), and of this vain things of this world as I grew up (smile) ,,There is a great calm and peace and stable joy ,as old things are washed away But still it shows up in subtle ways in conversations and acts as impatience ,where as we humble ourselves every day ,reading ,meditation and asking Gods counsel in decision making ,repentanece of any acts that have grieved the Holy Spirit. c.yes ,Pride can mark itself as humility and that is deception .,,the wolf in the humble attire of lamb as the Bible warns
  23. Q3. (Daniel 4:27) What must Nebuchadnezzar do to demonstrate that he renounces and repents of his sins? What must you do to demonstrate that you repent of your sins? For us, what does it mean to be kind to the poor? That was certainly within Nebuchadnezzar’s ability to accomplish. Is it within your ability? In what way can God’s decrees be conditional? a.Daniel beseeches his counsel to be acceptable to the king ,by the kings actions such as Break off from sins be righteous which is the first requirement to break off the sin break off the iniquities by showing mercy to the poor b.repent and sin no more ,Stay in the Word ,Bible fellowship and continuously grow in grace c.Be kind to poor means share the wealth to help the needy ,listen to grievances ,and help as to what the good Samaritan did . d.if we pray to God and if we have a great thirst to call for service ,God will grant us opportunity ,means and ways and place us in a position ,where we are able to help others , e.Conditional for the salvation and salvation of others ,The Word indeed is the sword

  25. Q1. (Daniel 4:10-20) Is Daniel actually afraid to interpret Nebuchadnezzar’s dream? Why? Why are we afraid to say the hard things that must be said to help our brothers and sisters? What can we do about it? 1.Daniel gets astonished for one hour and his thoughts troubled him because he was a servant to the king and the king seemed to be in trouble or bad times ,The enormous implication of something very bad happening to the king is destabilizing and bad . Daniel even begins with the comforting wish "",let this happen to your haters "" We are afraid to speak hard things that are true to others because we fear we would lose the favor and considered not as a part of the team ,or it is of peer pressure to conform We can pray about it ,we can counsel those who err in a caring manner and living ,leading by example .
